The client’s previous website, built on a WordPress template, lacked the flexibility and features necessary for a modern venture capital firm. It failed to fully reflect the brand’s commitment to innovation and professionalism and was challenging to manage for the internal and external users, including the recruiters who were hiring for their start-ups. The website was static and difficult to scale, preventing the client from providing a more interactive and personalized experience to their audience. The absence of a custom CMS to manage diverse forms of content such as articles, news, videos, podcasts, and interviews led to inconsistent presentation and poor engagement.

Additionally, the website’s recruitment section needed a custom-built CMS that would allow external users to easily access job applications and portfolio information. With multiple user roles required to manage job postings and applications, the existing structure couldn’t handle these features effectively.
