Refund Policy

1. Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of your purchase.
  • The product or service must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain types of goods or services are exempt from being returned. These include:
    • Custom software development services
    • Digital products or services once they have been delivered or accessed
    • Any product or service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

2. Refund Process

2.1 How to Request a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@zerozillatest.com
  • Provide your order number, details of the product or service, and the reason for the refund request.

2.2 Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 15 business days.
  • If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Defective or Damaged Products:
  • If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@zerozillatest.com to arrange for an exchange.
