Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored IT solutions that meet their business objectives.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development efforts to management.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including custom application development, mobile app development, web development, QA, UI/UX design, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
