– Strong technical knowledge in managing the devices (Enrollment, App deployment, Profile configurations, OS upgrades, Compliances and Asset management)
– Must have experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems (domain environment). – Expertise with the platform of iOS and Android (Zebra and Apple: iPad and iPod)
– Build and install PCs, telephone systems, and peripheral devices related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards.
– Address user tickets regarding hardware and software.
– Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or systems.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best solutions to their queries.
– Help create technical documentation and manuals
– Understanding of windows 7,10 architecture
– MSI Packaging, Repackager, Creation of Transforms
Good-to-Have:
Knowledge on basic concepts Windows ,SCCM, Install shield, MSI, Transforms Scripting and AD
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
1 Must have very good experience with MDM using Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) and Intune
2 Must have platform knowledge in the platform of Android and iOS (Zebra: TC57 and Apple: iPad and iPod)
3 Expertise in migration from one MDM tool to another (MEM to WS1)
4 Good experience in Apple Business Manager (DEP and VPP)
5 Advanced experience in Apple Push Notification Services (APNs)
6 Good scripting knowledge in Workspace ONE UEM by using the Products: Files and Actions
7 Must know about OS upgrades in Android/iOS and Launchers
8 Experience in App deployment (Internal, External and Public)
9 Strong knowledge in Application compatibility testing for OS levels and migration
10 Intermediate knowledge of MEM
11 Troubleshooting the apps\OS updates and upgrades \Network (Wi-Fi)\Enrollment\Profiles
12 Good Communication Skills, Documentation, and Presentation Skills
