Experience and Required Skills:
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in business analysis or IT-related roles.
- Hands-on experience in gathering and documenting requirements for digital transformation projects.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis and creating reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- At least 1 year of experience with business process modeling and process optimization.
- Experience in working with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to support developing and implementing digital solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and their impact on business processes.
- Good hands-on experience with process documentation tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to collaborate with development teams.
- Experience in communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Knowledge of change management practices and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems or processes during digital transformation.
