Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Non-Technical Program Manager to oversee cross-functional project execution, manage client relationships, and drive strategic initiatives across multiple business funnels. This role bridges business strategy, client engagement, and operational excellence—without requiring hands-on technical development.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Client Relationship & Proposal Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and scope documents for incoming leads.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to convert leads into active engagements.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with internal stakeholders including leadership, delivery teams, and finance.
• Facilitate regular sync-ups between management and project teams.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical roadmaps.
• Co-ordination with SEO, Creative Design, UX/UX design and Content Team

Team & Expectation Management

• Set clear expectations and priorities across project teams.
• Monitor team performance, resolve blockers, and foster accountability.
• Translate technical updates into business-relevant insights for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management (non-technical domains preferred).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, proposal creation, and client engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Ability to interpret technical roadmaps and align them with business objectives.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and outcome-driven execution.

Preferred Traits

• Experience in handling Web Development Projects.
• Exposure to funnel-based lead generation and CRM tools.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
• Educations: Should Post Graduate/Graduate in Marketing
