Experience in project Management with 8 – 10 years.
- Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; ensure execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams; manage expectations and communications effectively.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration – Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams across business and IT, ensuring alignment of goals and accountability.
- Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues proactively.
- Budget & Resource Management – Manage project financials, including cost estimation, tracking, and optimization of resource allocation.
- Governance & Compliance – Ensure adherence to organizational policies, project governance standards, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting – Track project performance using KPIs, prepare dashboards/reports, and present regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Change Management & Continuous Improvement – Drive adoption of new processes/solutions, manage change impact on stakeholders, and apply lessons learned to improve project delivery practices.
