- Create and optimize social media handles to maximize reach and engagement.
- Maintain all social media platforms, improve fanbase, engagement, insights, and execute growth plans.
- Prepare content calendars and manage the timely execution of social media posts.
- Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Utilize the latest social media tools and generate comprehensive performance reports.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with clients to meet their social media needs and continuously improve client satisfaction.
- Enhance and tailor social media content strategies for each client every quarter.
- Conduct competition analysis and provide suggestions to improve engagement, followers, and direct messages.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns to achieve desired lead generation results.
- Handle social media crises and manage reputation by responding promptly and effectively to negative feedback or issues.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Actively engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions.
- Implement effective SEO and hashtag strategies to increase visibility and reach.
- Manage social media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Regularly analyze industry trends and adapt strategies to keep the social media presence innovative and effective.
