Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Scalable APIs: Spearhead the creation and continuous enhancement of robust, scalable APIs utilizing cutting-edge technologies in Python, Javascript, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Architect and Implement Backend Solutions: Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of backend systems, focusing on highly efficient algorithms to build our financial rules engine and its interaction for mobile and web platforms.
• Ensure System Compatibility and Security: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend solutions with mobile and web technologies, emphasizing security protocols, data protection, and compatibility across platforms.
• Optimize Performance and Scalability: Proactively optimize and fine-tune backend systems for scalability, efficiency, and responsiveness, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with the development team, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute novel ideas, bringing creativity and innovation to the backend development process.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• 3 years to 5 years of experience in building and maintaining scalable backend systems with Python/Javascript, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of the full stack development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS Concepts.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Any real-world experience with Docker, NodeJS, Java/Spring Boot, ReactJS is a plus
