Job Description: Performance Marketing Specialist (Ads Expert)
Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2
years’ proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, focused on quality lead generation.
This role requires expertise in ad strategy, ad copy suggestions, campaign monitoring, ad
planning, budget management, report creation, and leveraging AI tools to optimize ad
performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to improve Cost Per
Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Click (CPC), target the right audience segments, and utilize Meta
Business Suite and Google Ads platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ad Strategy & Planning
o Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google
Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on quality lead
generation and ROI
o Plan and manage monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to
maximize results and minimize CPL and CPC.
o Design and implement full-funnel campaign strategies (awareness,
consideration, conversion, retention).
• Campaign Execution & Optimization
o Regularly monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key
metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
o Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience
segments to enhance performance
o Suggest and implement improvements in ad copy and creative assets to
boost engagement and conversions
• Audience Targeting & Research
o Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify and target
high-value customer segments
o Brainstorm and test new audience attributes and targeting strategies to
expand reach and improve lead quality
• AI & Automation
o Utilize AI-powered tools for campaign optimization, automated bidding,
audience discovery, and ad creative generation to improve campaign
efficiency and outcomes
o Stay updated on the latest AI advancements in digital advertising and
recommend new tools or processes for adoption
• Reporting & Analysis
o Create and present detailed performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
with actionable insights for stakeholders
o Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, providing recommendations
for continuous improvement
• Collaboration & Compliance
o Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align campaign
messaging and creative direction
o Ensure compliance with Google and Meta advertising policies and best
practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and
Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads platforms, including
campaign setup, audience segmentation, and event tracking
• Proficiency in campaign budget planning, bid strategy management, and
performance optimization to improve CPL and CPC
• Experience with AI-driven ad optimization tools (e.g., AdCreative.ai, AdScale,
Adzooma, Optmyzr) for automation and efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven
decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to suggest compelling ad
copy and creative concepts
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and ownership mindset2.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and
measurement
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred1
• Google Ads and/or Meta certification is a plus
