We are looking for a data-driven PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and lead generation strategies. Agency experience and exposure to B2B marketing campaigns are highly preferred.
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
- Drive high-quality leads through search, display, remarketing, and social advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with content, design, and web teams to improve conversion rates.
- Optimize landing page performance and user journeys.
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and event tracking.
- Create dashboards and performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings and campaign reviews.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and optimization plans.
- Ensure timely communication and delivery of campaign objectives.
- Manage advertising budgets across multiple client accounts.
- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor spending and maintain campaign efficiency.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in PPC and Performance Marketing.
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running LinkedIn Ads for B2B campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS, IT Services, Technology, Healthcare, Education, or Manufacturing clients.
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio and reporting dashboards.
