Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead HR operations, compliance, finance coordination, and facility management. This role requires strong ownership, process discipline, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, CA, and auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attendance & Timesheet Management
- Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and shift adherence
- Maintain accurate timesheet records for payroll and client billing
- Coordinate with team leads for timesheet validation
2. Contract & Documentation Handling
- Draft, review, and maintain employee contracts and HR documents
- Ensure timely renewals and compliance with company policies
- Maintain secure and organized HR records
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires
- Handle exit formalities, F&F coordination, and clearance processes
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data accuracy
4. Employee Performance & Engagement
- Track performance cycles and maintain evaluation records
- Support managers in performance discussions and documentation
- Assist in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
5. Vendor & Finance Coordination
- Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and invoicing
- Track utility payments, AMC renewals, and service contracts
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies, IT assets, and essentials
6. HR & Finance Policy Management
- Maintain and update HR, admin, and finance-related policies
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance standards
- Support payroll inputs and monthly financial reconciliations
7. Compliance, CA & Auditor Alignment
- Coordinate with CA and auditors for statutory filings and documentation
- Support company filings, compliance submissions, and audit requirements
- Maintain updated compliance records and statutory registers
8. Facilities & Office Administration
- Oversee office facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Ensure smooth functioning of utilities, internet, and office infrastructure
- Manage vendor relationships for facility services
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and administration
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation
- Good understanding of finance coordination and vendor management
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
