Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with enterprise clients to analyze processes, digitize SOPs, configure workflows, support implementations, and provide technical guidance for our SOP Automation & Governance Platform.
The role requires a blend of client-facing consulting, technical configuration, product expertise, and market intelligence.
You will act as the bridge between clients, product, and engineering, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Requirement Gathering & Process Analysis
- Conduct discovery workshops with clients to understand business processes, SOP structures, workflows, and compliance needs.
- Map “As‑Is” processes and design “To‑Be” digital workflows.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and configuration documents.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in client processes.
2. SOP Digitization & Workflow Configuration
- Convert client SOPs into digital workflows using the platform’s drag‑and‑drop builder.
- Configure Dynamic Forms, approval flows, eSign steps, training assignments, risk mappings, and audit trails.
- Create reusable templates for SOPs, documents, forms, and workflows.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards (ISO, GxP, NABH, JCI, BFSI compliance, etc.).
3. Client Interfacing & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and implementation.
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and UAT workshops.
- Manage expectations with business users, process owners, QA teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Document client feedback and ensure timely resolution.
4. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide L1/L2 support for client queries, configuration issues, and workflow errors.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with engineering for fixes.
- Maintain logs, RCA documents, and support documentation.
- Ensure SLAs and response timelines are met.
5. Product Competitor & Market Analysis
- Conduct ongoing research on competing platforms in:
- SOP Automation
- Workflow/BPM
- LMS/Training
- GRC/Risk/Audit
- Document Management
- Prepare comparison matrices, feature gap analysis, and market insights.
- Recommend product enhancements based on industry trends and client needs.
6. Product Improvement & Feature Validation
- Work with Product Managers to refine requirements and validate new features.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA testing.
- Create user guides, release notes, and training materials.
- Ensure new features align with real client use cases.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and configuration documents.
- Maintain project trackers, implementation plans, and client documentation.
- Generate dashboards and reports for client leadership.
Skills & Competencies
Must‑Have Skills
- Strong understanding of SOPs, workflows, BPM, or process automation
- Experience with SaaS platforms (workflow, LMS, DMS, GRC, ERP, CRM)
- Excellent client communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Hands‑on experience with forms, workflows, approvals, and process mapping
Good‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Insurance, BFSI, NBFC, Manufacturing, GCCs
- Knowledge of ISO, GxP, NABH, JCI, SOC2, GDPR
- Understanding of risk management, audits, compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, Postman, or basic scripting
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields
- MBA / PGDM preferred but not mandatory
- Certifications in BPM, Six Sigma, or Business Analysis are a plus
