Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the BFSI domain and
strong exposure to Accounts/Finance processes. The ideal candidate should have
experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process
analysis, documentation, Agile delivery, and UAT. The candidate will work closely with
business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement
Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Perform Gap Analysis, As-Is and To-Be process mapping, and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and business users throughout
the SDLC.
• Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and maintain requirement traceability.
• Analyze data using SQL and Excel to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with BFSI and finance business processes.
Mandatory Skills
• 3–6 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain.
• Hands-on exposure to Accounts/Finance processes (such as GL, AP, AR,
Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, OTC, etc.).
• Expertise in Requirement Gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance
Criteria.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
• Experience with Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, and UAT.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Power BI or reporting tools.
• Exposure to API integrations or banking applications.
• Experience with Core Banking, Payments, Lending, or Financial Systems.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, Finance, or a
related field.
