About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer (L3) with 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in routing, switching, security, and network troubleshooting, along with proven experience managing stakeholders, leading critical incidents, and driving infrastructure improvements.
This role requires an individual who can work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure high availability, security, and performance of enterprise network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center environments.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex network incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service
- Lead major incident resolution and coordinate with cross-functional technical
- Collaborate with security teams to implement network security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Manage network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure transformation
- Work closely with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and project
- Participate in change management, risk assessment, and disaster recovery
- Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams, operational documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Mentor junior network engineers and provide technical guidance across the
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and senior leadership on project status, risks, and operational updates.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in enterprise networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VPN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar enterprise networking
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.).
- Strong understanding of network security principles and
