About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences. Agency experience and experience working with B2B brands are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience Design
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and user needs.
- Conduct research and create user flows, wireframes, and information architecture.
- Design intuitive user journeys that improve usability and conversions.
User Interface Design
- Create modern and visually appealing website and application interfaces.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain consistency through design systems and style guides.
Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, marketers, content teams, and project managers.
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
Conversion-Focused Design
- Design landing pages optimized for lead generation and conversions.
- Apply UX principles to improve engagement and business outcomes.
- Balance user needs with business goals.
Design Quality & Innovation
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Continuously improve design processes and workflows.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards are followed.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Excellent visual design and typography skills.
- Experience designing responsive websites and web applications.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and usability standards.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience.
- Experience working with B2B brands.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, or enterprise applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and development constraints.
