About the Role
We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to build, customize, and maintain high-performing websites for our clients across various industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with WordPress development, Elementor, responsive design, website optimization, and third-party integrations. Agency experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites from design mockups and project requirements.
- Build custom pages and layouts using Elementor.
- Implement responsive and mobile-first designs.
- Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
Website Optimization
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed during development.
- Improve website security and maintain regular updates.
Integrations & Functionality
- Integrate forms, CRM systems, payment gateways, APIs, and marketing tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and website bugs.
- Manage website migrations and hosting-related tasks.
Collaboration
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, content teams, and project managers.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress websites.
- Participate in project planning and estimation discussions.
Maintenance & Support
- Monitor website performance and uptime.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for client websites.
- Ensure websites remain secure, updated, and optimized.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of WordPress development experience.
- Strong expertise in Elementor.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with custom theme and plugin customization.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience with website speed optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO-friendly development practices.
- Experience working with hosting environments and cPanel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience.
- WooCommerce experience.
- Knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
- Experience with website migration and server management.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
